Melanie is a top tier agent. She was available, responsive and very knowledgeable about the area. She suggested specific neighborhoods based upon our needs and we found a great fit within just a few weeks. We had a different agent (family friend) prior to Melanie and she was hard to get a hold of, and could only see properties on certain days. We lost a few houses due to this. Melanie's enthusiasm and knowledge of the market helped us get the home we wanted. There were multiple offers on the house, but we were the ones who got it! Thanks again Melanie!

Melanie was by far the best experience throughout our entire purchasing process!
My wife and I were previously working with another real estate agent (friend of a friend) and after we lost the 3rd house we had submitted an offer on, we began searching for a more professional, aggressive agent. From the first conversation I had with Melanie, she was very understanding of our taste in neighborhood, budget, needs and urgency to move. In no time at all, we had 9 or 10 homes lined up to visit on one Saturday afternoon, and they all fell within the guidelines we gave her. I was very impressed with how well she knew the schools and surrounding areas. What's more, once we got our wheels turning and started asking detailed questions regarding the buying process, she answered with direct solutions and even recommended professionals she had worked with in the past (Showed us years of experience in the industry, something we had never seen before). That day, we fell in love with one in particular and we ended up submitting an offer on the 2nd house we saw that day. The following Monday, I received the excellent news that the seller had accepted our offer!

Being that this was our first home purchase, both my wife and I were very excited and anxious, yet even more ignorant with the entire process.
